I found this product on the tail end of menopause. Still had some symptoms of bloating and pain on my lower left side due to constipation during mid cycle. I bought 2 bottles to try and on my reorder of 3 bottles. I believe this has helped so please give it a try. I wished i would have found this 3 years earlier.

Have used this product for the last year and happy with it. I have just run out of it and waiting a while before reordering to see how I am. All the hot sweats are back along with the aches and pains but worst of all feeling sluggish and have definitely put on some weight 😕 reordering and won’t leave it so long next time.

Love it, I was miserable before taking this. I take 3 in morning and 3 in evening until the symptoms abate, then 3 a day everyday and I am hotflash and breast tenderness free. Can’t recommend enough.
